Hello, Dr Tim Hull Consultant Neuropsychologist Birmingham here from Medico-Legal and Neuroscience Partnership. I am an experienced and high achieving Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist with extensive experience both in Neuropsychology and mental health. I have expertise in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of people with complex and multiple problems. I have extensive experience in medico-legal work with more than 500 reports across civil and criminal courts. I have extensive experience in the use of psychometric assessments and their application in legal contexts.

I was, for seven years, a Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist for the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust in Birmingham where I led the clinical team in a residential rehabilitation facility for people with acquired brain injuries. This team took a neurobehavioural approach to the whole of the rehabilitation process and the Trust is a leading provider of services to people who show challenging behaviour and present difficulties in their rehabilitation and require a psychologically led approach. I left to pursue more
independent psychological work. This has taken the form of NPP Psychology, which is a newly created psychology component of NPP, a company which provides services in a wide range of neurological areas. I have worked for NPP as an associate for a number of years but have been recruited to develop their neuropsychology services.

I am currently a Consultant Neuropsychologist for the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust in Birmingham where I lead the clinical team in residential rehabilitation facility for people with acquired brain injuries.

For my medico-legal experience as a whole, I have prepared over 500 medico-legal reports for civil and criminal courts. These have covered both the effects of brain injury and mental health issues. I have assessed the level of disability caused, suitability for rehabilitation, the determination of mental capacity, the fitness of impaired people to plead and to stand trial, the disposal of offenders, suggestibility and fitness for parenting. I welcome new instructions and I am happy to offer clinic and domiciliary visits. Operating UK wide, I can be flexible. My clinics are based in the West Midlands.
